What speed is for
Speed is how you finish a steal. The official loop already tells you to run the egg home. The September 25, 2026 play session shows the tools used to get faster: a treadmill at the base, trails that multiply speed, and a separate speed purchase.
There is no published formula for speed per step. Use the number on your own screen.
Treadmill levels seen in one session
The player upgraded the treadmill in order and read the gain out loud.

He did not say whether 42 and 100 were per step or per second. Do not turn those two readings into a cost curve. Later, after a paid egg, he said a max treadmill was available. The cash price of each level was not read.
He planned to return to the track around 20,000 speed. That was his own checkpoint, not an official forest requirement.

Gray Trail was not enough to escape the forest at the beginning. He bought Golden Trail to match a skin and to raise the multiplier. An egg shop was also open and, in his words, increased hatch speed. That shop is separate from the trail multiplier.
A speed purchase exists
He bought 2,000 speed early, then later bought a 2 times speed increase and talked through 32 times and 64 times. He asked whether 64 times was the max and did not answer it. Prices in Robux were not read for those buttons. Do not assume a multiplier ladder from another game.
When to stop training
Train until the zone you want shows a recommendation you can beat, then steal there. In this session, running past a later zone did not unlock its eggs. If the chase is still on you at the base line, the recommendation was too low for the egg you picked, or the zone was not actually open.
Cash for the next treadmill comes from hatched animals. The listing says that cash continues offline, so leaving animals placed is part of training, not a pause.
