A chase is part of the same job. In the September 25, 2026 play session, a bear was close during an early forest steal, and later a T-Rex and a dragon followed stolen eggs. Sleep gets you the take. Speed gets you home.
What the first hatch looked like
That session's first egg was a guinea pig. The hatch was small, and the player described it as a hamster or a guinea pig. Treat that as one observed starter. It does not prove every account receives the same egg.
The next free egg he named in the forest was a parrot egg, and he called it epic. A giant-looking parrot egg still hatched a small parrot. Egg size on the ground is not a promise about the animal.
Spend the first cash on speed
Animals produce the cash that raises the treadmill and pays for rebirth. In that session the treadmill was at the base. Gray Trail multiplied speed by 1.5, and Golden Trail multiplied it by 3.5. The 1.5 trail was not enough to escape the forest at the start.
He also read a first rebirth cost of 250,000 cash, then a next rebirth of 10 million. Those are spoken readings from one session, not a published price list. Re-check the button before you spend.
Leave other games' routes behind
Do not use a guide for the older Be an Egg where you collect orbs and crush smaller eggs. That is a different place, made by a different creator. Do not copy Steal an Egg biome gates into this one either. The zone names observed here were Farm, Forest, Swamp, Savanna, Ocean, Prehistoric, Sky, and Ruins.
When the first animal is earning, move to speed training and then which zone you can actually steal from.
